Thank you for joining us at the HELPLINE 2007 Caribbean Street Fair, Saturday, July 21st, 2007, from 10 am until 9pm.
1) The street will be closed for setup at 8:00 am. ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY SETUPS
2) Unload your vehicle.
3) Move your vehicle. If you need to park your vehicle for an extended period of time, you MUST park in your designated spot! There is only enough space for one vehicle. DO NOT BLOCK THE STREET TO THRU TRAFFIC.
4) LOUD GENERATORS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
5) If electricity is required, you will need to make arrangements with a nearby merchant. During July in Key West it will still be daylight at 9pm.
6) ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!
7) Booth assignments will be mailed to you 10 days prior to the day of the event.
Traffic flow will be in one direction -- from Front Street (Mallory Square area), south towards Truman Avenue.

No booth spaces will be assigned until HELPLINE has received payment for the space.
In consideration of HELPLINE's sponsorship of the 2007 Caribbean Street Fair, I the undersigned, on behalf of myself, employees and volunteers participating, hereby release and discharge HELPLINE, Inc., the City of Key West, and all participating sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, expenses, actions arising out of or related to the above mentioned event. In signing the foregoing release, the undersigned hereby acknowledges and represents that he/she has read the release, understands it, and signs it voluntarily and that he/she is of sound mind.
